Ascension is the third studio album by the English post-metal band Jesu. The album was released on May 10, 2011 through Caldo Verde Records.[8] Ascension is the first studio album released by Jesu in four years since 2007's Conqueror.[2][9] On June 8, 2011, Daymare Recordings released the album in Japan with a bonus disc contain four additional tracks unavailable on the previous release.
